My wife's car's brakes making a really loud noise and she just happen to go by the shop. She stopped in and Josh took a look at it right way and determined that a bolt came out of the caliper. He put it up on the lift and replaced the bolt and my wife was back on her way in 20 minutes. For him to take the time out of his busy schedule to do this right away is unheard of in today's auto industry. There is something to be said about small business who add that personal touch.
