Just OK - Took our car in for state inspection. They were prompt and called explaining the brakes would need replacement soon. They offered different solutions at different price points. Gave them the go ahead for front brake pads and rotors. It was ready relatively quickly. Upon pickup they explained they needed to add a part increasing the total cost of the maintenance by 20%, they didn't inform me of this prior to picking it up or call me with approval before adding the extra part. A little communication would have gone a long way here. This would have been 5 stars if they had simply informed me of the increase in price prior to picking up the vehicle.
