I would give no stars if i could. This company has become ridiculously overpriced. I have completely stopped utilizing UPS stores and only use the post office or FedEx only. Everyone who works at this store is super un-knowledgable, it always takes 2 to 3 people behind the counter to to get a question answered because they don't speak English. And the one thing I always loved before these new people started ruining this facility was I could take my Styrofoam there to be reused. Recently I took my bubble wrap and Styrofoam to be recycled/reused. It took 3 people to understand what i was asking "if they could take it" until finally the person in charge snickered as if recycling/reusing these items was completely beneath him/ then. I won't be back, ever

Poor customer service. The guys in the store were very rude and disrespectful. I returned a merchandise from Amazon in its same box and they refused the box because it was torn. They made me purchase tape from the store, then tape the sides of the box closed. They said I couldn't use their tape dispenser. There was a customer in the store who offered to help and the store refused to listen. I never thought I would be saying this, but the guys in the store spoke in their language and obviously their culture disregards customer service and only tried to get more money out of me. Needless to say, I will continue to leave reviews about this poor service at this store. UPS should be mindful who they hire and allow to open up stores under their brand.

This review is not for this location but I hate how ups chooses delivery dates before getting package. It’s like false advertising. I wish ups would only update tracking once they have physical possession of it. Again not for this store and if the manager can lead me to a more complaint issue here, please let me know and I’ll remove review.
