My vehicle was in an accident the night before last. Buckeye towing and prompt with getting to the scene and retrieving my vehicle from this families home. The two guys that were present to obtain my vehicle (I believe one had stated he was the owner of the company) was very knowledgeable and really helped me with the decision on what to do and say with my incident! I was a complete wreck and he also stayed (excuse me if I’m wrong) but I believe he said his wife in the office is like a pitbull and will fight to the nail for their customer with insurance or whomever else if need be (which made me laugh but also reassured me that my vehicle was going to be in good hands and this company goes above and beyond for their customers which means a lot as well (most people don’t take the time these days) I would highly recommend this company in Springfield!!

Can I just say this place is AWESOME!!! My niece had an accident the cops called Buckeye Towing for her sooner she was in Springfield. I have not been so impressed by customer service this well in such a long time. These people went above and beyond for us! Flexibility and just all around actual care! I would give a higher star but 5 is the limit. They helped us get car to a safe driveable situation. Aaron was the MAN!! He gave me a receipt and was very kind. I am sad that she had the accident but so Thankful that they were there to help her out of a bad situation. I would 100% recommend them again. I'm not sure of the name of sweet lady that I spoke with but she was FANTASTIC too!! Thanks for all your help Buckeye Towing. Yall are THE BEST OF WHAT'S AROUND ?

Aaron went above and beyond to help us with 2 flat tires from debris on 70 East. He gave us info on where to find tires. Great job and service!
