It was refreshing to bring our red car here and have RC Enterprises fix things another Springfield shop seriously overcharged for -- and still botched the job. This week I'm updating this review to say we had to take red car back to RCE after a symptom returned and we feared its previous repair wasn't adequate. RCE (this time Randy) and his tech spent a good amount of time analyzing and assessing and had a couple of long discussions with me before and after to explain everything. They didn't charge us because the symptom was related to its earlier saga. We feel more confident than ever RCE will take care of us. Previous: We've had several visits to RCE for three cars so far, and at every step of the way Frank was very attentive to get all the right information to us; ultimately he saved us a lot of money. Also the owner was attentive and helpful. This little small town gem of a company is is polite, respectful, are good communicators and have a cozy waiting area.

I brought 2 cars from Randy and Cindy when they had the used car lot . They were very professional . The mechanics are great. Randy’s always been very honest and will tell you exactly what’s wrong with your car . I sure miss heir used car lot. I loved my Montana I brought out there . All I can my say if this is the best car repair shop near Springfield Ohio

I found an honest, trustworthy auto shop! Everything is explained to me in terms i understand, Cindy and Randy are so kind. I know my car repairs/maintenance work is being done correctly the first time and I'm not being overcharged.
