Had a tire pop on my brand new 2025 Acadia after I hit a manhole that was open that I did not see! My husband called Firestone, at Cottman and Castor, and spoke with Kevin who told me to come in at 1:30 (this was around 12 noon when he called). I got there at 1:30 and he was super personable. I sat there for about an hour and a half total. They put a brand new tire on for me and put the spare away in the trunk; they also disposed of the old tire for $5. Cost just under $300 total, which is fair considering its a brand new car. Other places tried to charge me almost double! Overall, it was a seamless transaction and I recommend them! Thanks Kevin! Kudos!

Firestone has never put me in a bad situation. The communication has always been clear and the service is always phenomenal. I bring my car here because I truly trust these great mechanics. My radiator broke while on the freeway and I was terrified that my car was done for. Luckily I brought it to this Firestone and I was able to get my car fixed fast and easy. I’m super grateful for Robert who was able to find the issue quickly and get it fixed ASAP. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Overall had a great experience and now my car is as good as new. Have always gotten all my maintenance work done here as well. Will always rely on this place for my car.
