My van died on the interstate and AAA sent Leonard's for the tow. Chris, the driver, arrived sooner than another family member would arrive to pick up the other 4 members of my family. Chris called his dispatcher and then loaded everyone up in the back seat of the cab and took them to the next exit where they would be safe. Chris is a very personable gentleman and made the drive, and what could have been a really bad day, enjoyable. My van was then safely delivered to the repair shop.

Amazing customer service! -poliet -warm/friendly - excelent communication -flexible -knowledgeable -professional -transparent -affordable *came in lower than another shop quote (even had an extra item added to invoice and was still lower) Leonards Auto checks every box! Its refreshing to have found a place that goes above and beyond. They worked with my schedule, informed me of their process of repairs, payment options and answered all my questions with no hesitation! Even assisted with a small issue mentioned day of! I like that they do a look over before servicing to ensure everything is in good standing before proceeding. To me this is a big perk, I have peace of mind everything is all good and working efficiently. **They also call you before proceeding with any repairs needed and give you the cost at that time so you can approve the work [worth mentioning they also stayed in line with quote they gave upon making appt]. Most times I always have to ask and follow up, sometimes more than once for pricing or an update on status, but Leonards understands the assignment -great communication! I had my car towed on Wednesday by this company through my AAA insurance, I called the company in regards to my tow to ensure I would be available once they got there. The customer service was incredible! They were easy to work with and kept me updated the whole time up until my car was dropped off at the auto body shop!
