Moved into town 2 weeks ago and bought an OBS Ford Ranger. First week driving it, broke down at Lowes. I called Ray over the weekend and left him a message on Saturday with my issues and he called me back within 5 minutes of opening Monday. Towed my truck into him and he was able to fix it same day after diagnosing it was a crankshaft sensor that went bad. Hassle free, very reasonable and saved the day. Thank you for helping; being so close to a shop like this at our new home is a blessing!
