Have been using J&M since their opening. Pretty sure I'm their first and original customer. I have had several complicated title issues that needed direct contact with Harrisburg. Margaret has a relationship with DMV that has resulted in resolution every time. Margaret has the respect of long term customers, walk in customers, referred customers. Most importantly, her relationship with DMV is the most valuable to all of us that depend on her for honest, clear and detailed explanation of your title transfer process. Margaret has a friendly and light personality, however when the business transaction begins you can expect 100% focus and attention to all details. Just had a title transfer done at J&M Auto Tag. Had a very professional experience with Margaret. I called first, she explained in detail everything I needed to have with me. The advanced advice saved me time and a trip home. Entire process took about 15 minutes. She explained the costs individually so there is complete transparency for my charges.
