In one statement: honest service. Been going here for all my car repairs since 2023. From my first appointment with method 2 years ago, Paul and his team are honest and explain the issues they find. I've had everything from oil changes to battery replacements to brake rotors/pads replaced to having the steering fixed, and I've always had fair pricing for the work done, Paul tells me the issue and they ask before doing the work after they give the price estimate. Mary in the front office is always prompt in communicating with you: appointment times, when your vehicle will be ready, etc.

My name is Terry Caldwell I brought my vehicle to Method Automotive. The owner Paul worked with me while I had a unexpected family emergency during the repair process. They worked out a plan for a later pick up and payment plan. Mary who runs the front desk communicated every step of the process clearly and always kept me updated. Josh their lead tech was highly knowledgeable and showed me the multiple failures my car had before moving forward with the repair. They are a good crew and treat everyone like family while maintaining more than fair pricing. They provide nearly every auto service and specialize in Euro. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop.
