I called a lot of other companies to get our high centered box truck pulled out with a winch and no one wanted to do it. I only got excuses. I called these guys and their dispatcher was very pleasant to work with. She was very professional and helpful and I even got a few laughs out of the ordeal, I couldn’t remember her name but thank you. She gave me an estimated time of 30 minutes and Randy the driver arrived earlier than that. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, knew exactly what to do. Hands down very pleased, it was stressful but due to their willingness to help when others wouldn’t they greatly alleviated that stress. So thank you! I hope it doesn’t happen again but in the event it does - I know exactly who to call.

I broke down an this company called me to telling me what the arrival time would be, during towing my semi an trailer that was loaded, my tractor blow a tire. The driver was understanding an let my company handle this issue, even though it was a very looooooooong process. However after everything we did finally make it back to my company yard. This is a good company and fabulous drivers. VERY DOWN TO EARTH AN UNDERSTANDING THANK FULLY!!
