The team is pleasant to talk to and the work is top notch. There was one time I took my car to another repair shop and regretted the decision - from now on, it is only DeGovanni's! I chose DeGovanni simply because it’s close to me, and I’m glad I did. My car needed a new side window after it shattered right before January’s huge snowstorm. They kept my car safe during the storm, were prompt in their maintenance when I checked on it afterwards, and I never lost peace of mind. Shoutout to Judy for being thorough and honest in her updates and to the mechanics who not only cleaned out the broken glass, but the entire floor, including multiple pounds of spilled cat litter that I was procrastinating on cleaning.
