Okay so I purchased a vehicle and after two hours of having it the check engine light popped up! Went to a shop (No name needed) they sent us away talking about I would need to make an appointment! Drove down a little and came across Walt's auto shop.My babez walked in and immediately walked back to tell me Deb will be bringing in my car. We wanted car to be scanned to find out why was the check engine light on being that we just purchased the vehicle.Walt scanned and told us everything that was going on with vehicle. Went through the car extensly and diagnosed the issues.They gave their honest opinions and was still willing to do an inspection if I chose to keep. They were super sweet,honest,and welcoming the whole time there! They were willing to talk to the dealership that I purchased car from. They even gave a written detailed description of all issues concerning car for us to provide to dealership.Man let me TELL EVERYONE if you want to be treated like family GO TO WALT'S You will be extremely pleased with them! Service impeccable! After all that I asked what do I owe- They said NOTHING!❤️Thanks Guys-all of you! Your now forever and a day customers! You guys ROCK!!!!!?

Was told by my auto repair consultant that this would be a good place to have an undercarriage coating done for my vehicle to prevent rust from the elements. Dropped off my newly purchased 30 day old GMC Sierra Denali (85k) for the coating. I assume the procedure went well and realized a few days later when washing it a scratch on the inside molding around the driver's side door and a small pinky size dent on the lower rear wheel base. I went back and showed Walt (the owner) the two areas. He of course denied that anything could have happened while in their possession. No one besides me and my wife had access to my brand new purchase and we couldn't fathom how those two areas sustain the damage. Although Walt seems to be a upstanding and honest business man, he didn't even consider the possibility it was done by anyone there. Not sure if he has cameras up but I would have at least said that I would check if it was possibly done accidentally by my staff. Again a brand new expensive truck that anyone who purchased would be super careful with, especially in the beginning stages. Unfortunate Experience for us to say the least. ?

I brought my 07 Honda CRV to Walt's Auto & Electrical Repair because it was slowly overheating and was quoted around $800 for them to fix it, to which I agreed. However, when the car was ready Deb called me and delivered some great news. She said, "Hi Alldin, your car is ready, and you don't have to pay $800 because the part was still under warranty. We did work on your car last time to replace the part, so your new total is $400." Wow, just wow! In a time when most people are having a hard time keeping up with their bills, it's truly heartening to know that honest people and absolutely great mechanics still exist. Appreciating Honesty and Great Service This experience at Walt's Auto & Electrical Repair has solidified my trust in them. Not only did they fix my car efficiently and effectively, but they also went above and beyond in terms of honesty and customer service. Their willingness to inform me about the warranty and adjust the price accordingly speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to providing excellent service. I can't recommend Walt's Auto & Electrical Repair enough. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop, look no further.
