Our salesman, Aiden, helped us secure an incredible deal on a pre-owned 2024 VW Taos that's essentially brand new. It's a stunning SUV, and we got it at a fantastic price with an excellent warranty included. The entire process was remarkably fast and stress-free. We test-drove several SUVs, received thorough explanations of each model's features and benefits, and a few days later, we bought a Taos. Aiden handled most of the buying process for us over text and the phone so by the time we arrived after work to finalize the purchase, the finance process was quick and seamless. From start to finish, the whole experience from decision to driving home took just a few days. I had the pleasure of working with Aiden while I was looking for a newer used car. I told Aiden I was interested in a 2022 Tiguan that I saw on their site. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had and shared many details I did not know. I think it also helps that he is knowledgeable about cars in general. He did not pressure me into anything and it was easy negotiating a price. The best part was when I picked up the car, he had already taken the time to set up the dash for me as to how he thought I would like it and it was spot on. He spent a lot of time with me reviewing how to use all the different features and setting up the Apple CarPlay. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in the car and well informed.
