DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! My husband wanted to give the business to someone local after hitting a deer. They had our truck there and sat on it for 2 months. We called and they stumbled over excuses. The adjuster called and got the same. They finally sent it somewhere else to have certain things done that they could not do and low and behold we find out it's totaled. It's been 3 months at this time. Never again!

If they had a zero star rating I would have used it. They had my car for 12 weeks after an auto accident. Just kept saying they were working on it. Said it was hard to get the parts needed. After I got it back I knew it wasn’t working properly so took it to my dealership for another opinion. They were appalled at what had been done or not done. The car sounded like I was driving a truck and there were warning lights on the dashboard that they didn’t fix because they said didn’t know what they were for. The dealership wanted me to take it back to the collision center but at that point I was so upset I didn’t want them to have it even one more day. This isn’t the entire list of what they did to my car. I spent 3,000 in rental car fees and another 2,000 to the dealership to fix what had been left undone. Do not even consider this place

My unfortunate encounter with Robinson Collision Center can only be described as a complete nightmare. From the outset, they sent the wrong vehicle to tow my RV, causing me to miss a scheduled service appointment elsewhere. Despite this rocky start, I decided to give them a chance to do the repair, but it proved to be a grave mistake. During the towing process, the chain let loose, putting my life at risk, and only quick action from their son prevented a potential disaster. Once at their facility, I then witnessed an unpleasant scene of the father and son yelling at each other, leaving me bewildered and uncomfortable. Hoping for the best, I left my RV with them, only to endure an entire year of waiting and broken promises. Their lack of progress on my RV repair became evident, and it seemed they had only one repair person who was rarely available. It became increasingly clear they had no intention of prioritizing my vehicle's repair. It just sat in their lot for a year with nothing done on it. Eventually, I gave up on them and had to pay another year of roadside service just to have my RV removed from their lot. When it was finally returned, I was appalled by the terrible smell inside the vehicle, a result of their negligent placement of the gas tank. They dumped my RV in a parking lot without the keys, without parts from the gas tank, and left a receipt for the $300 I paid for a $150 fuel pump on the seat, showing no accountability for their actions. I basically paid them two tows and $300 to kidnap my RV for an entire year and destroy it in the process. To add insult to injury, my cell phone has been receiving their tow requests due to a mistake by my insurance company, causing constant annoyance and inconvenience. I've been getting calls for their tow requests for months now and I just hang up. They've probably lost over a hundred tows by now. I strongly advise against trusting Robinson Collision Center with any repair work. Their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and careless service are beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and opt for a reputable alternative repair center. In my case, I found a reliable place to fix my RV and received the service I deserved. What goes around comes around, and it's evident that Robinson Collision Center has earned the consequences of their actions. Don't let them be a part of your story.
