Store Manager Jason and Service Manager John are incredible! I’ve been taking my car to this Firestone for over 4 years and every time I have my car serviced I’ve been treated with the highest customer service making you feel welcomed and valued. Jason always explains options for repairs with the priority need for the car in a way that I can understand with the price that I can work with. Their work reflects honesty and integrity as my repairs have kept my older car running for years. I would not go to any other business for my repairs. They are the best at what they do!!

Do not do wheel alignment here under any circumstances I attached a photo of the car after their service I waited for more than 4 hours, and when they finally brought my car out, it couldn't turn left at all, and I almost crashed when I left their service center. I came back immediately so that they could redo it, but their manager, who had been very friendly before, changed a lot and became incredibly rude!!! disgusting place where I do not recommend anyone to come and I hope that your car will go to the guy in the green sweater in the photo!!!! He pretends to be smart, but in fact his job is only to drive away customers so that they don't see what they are doing with your car

Because my tire pressure is low, I need to search for this car repair shop nearby to replace my tires. The price is not cheap. A few hours later, when I went to pick up the car, I found out that they had actually replaced my tire incorrectly! What's even more frustrating is that there is a scratch on the rear door, which I swear I didn't have before handing over the car to them!But they don't admit it and try to argue and excuse their mistakes.They even scratched my wheel hub,Violent treatment towards my tires!Then they promied to replace me with the right tires. The next day, when I thought everything would get a little better, I realized that the tire they had replaced me with before had already been damaged by them，Please see picture one, there is a very obvious crack on the tire. This was originally a good tire, but due to their mistake, it damaged my tire! But they refuse to admit that they broke it, and for the second time, they attribute all the mistakes to me! I even took out my monitoring records to prove that there was no such crack on my tire before it came, and they are still trying to justify themselves.I hope everyone doesn't become the next victim, they won't be the car repair shop you want~
