I went in a couple of months ago with a blue Chevy Cruze check engine light on, that same day I left with two lights on. they removed it but then the check engine light came back on, I did 3 different appointments (4 if you count the one I missed) and got the same result the light came back on they charged me $300 to change the HVAC air sensor and a filter for the engine because they said that was the problem for the check engine light, but the check engine light keeps staying on. Finally they said they could do nothing, nothing was wrong with it they said, then they recommended me to go to the dealer. I went to the dealer and they removed the check engine light by cleaning my throttle for another $300, so the problem was actually the throttle. they cleaned it and the check engine light went off. now I'm happy with the Chevrolet dealer and disappointed with PA auto inspection. You will not find this email or phone number in your records.... Tina was the only one that comforted me. If it wasn't for her I would be a lot more upset.

My experience with PA Auto Inspection in Philadelphia has been disappointing. After my newly purchased Nissan Sentra started having issues, Elite Auto House arranged to have the car towed to PA Auto Inspection (their preferred mechanic) for diagnosis. What followed was a perfect example of inadequate automotive diagnostics and questionable excuses. Despite the car showing clear starting problems and engine malfunction messages, PA Auto Inspection's approach was surprisingly superficial. After keeping the car over the weekend for a "road test," their bizarre explanation was that the car's window tinting was somehow causing the starting issues and engine malfunction warnings. Any experienced mechanic should know that window tinting has absolutely nothing to do with a car's starting system or engine performance. When we finally took the car to our mechanic, they immediately identified a defective battery - a basic issue that PA Auto Inspection completely missed in their inspection. The most concerning part is that a battery test is one of the most fundamental diagnostic checks for starting issues, yet they chose to blame window tinting instead of performing basic diagnostics. This raises serious questions about their technical expertise and professional integrity. I would strongly caution anyone considering PA Auto Inspection for diagnostic work.

So I made a purchase from PA Auto sales on 611. When I made the purchase I did not notice some of the issues the used car I purchased had right away. I called their manager Jean and expressed my concerns and he was very helpful. He told me about their shop on global road and that the car purchased had 30 days coverage on anything needed. They we're very professional and I had no issue with the service. Highly recommended!
