Purchased my Quadra-Fire wood stove from Kring's a few months ago. The whole experience from sales to install was excellent. The installers, Mike and Owen, were absolutely detail oriented and did an excellent job. Frankly, the amount of work for the labor charge was incredibly reasonable, IMO. They put down mats to protect the hardwood, cleaned up every spec of dust generated by the install and didn't stop from start to finish. If there was one nit to pick, it was the amount of time it took for the stove to arrive at Kring's from the manufacturer - something I believe was beyond their control. When I get too old to split wood, I'll have Kring's come back and swap in a pellet stove. THANKS to all and please pass this along to Mike and Owen's boss - great install team.

We have purchased 3 pellet stoves and a wood fireplace insert from Krings over the past 15 years since moving to Pennsylvania. They have been so helpful and knowledgeable. From the sales team to the install technicians and the maintenance teams. Steve came to address a potential issue with our new pellet stove and did a thorough cleaning and troubleshooting. He stays focused on his task and even stayed to fire it up and make sure it is working correctly even though it was the end of the day. He could have done his job and left. Thank you to all of you at Krings.

Achin' Back Garden Center

We had John come out to service our 5 year old gas insert that we had purchased at Krings and he did a fabulous job. It's never looked so good. He gave us some quick tips that we didn't know and ordered some items that were missing/broken that were still covered under warranty. Can't say enough about their service and products.
