I needed rear brakes on my car and needed to get it done on my day off. This garage came highly recommended by several friends so I thought I'd give them a try. When I contacted the garage ahead of time the gentleman on the phone (Bob, I didn't know at the time) was very polite and told me to bring it up anytime. When I got to the garage they were extremely busy but the lady at the front greeted me quickly. Bob (which I didn't know at the time) also greeted me quickly by having a quick discussion with me about what the car needed. I also asked him to inspect the car while it was there. When the lady called to tell me it was ready she told me they also rotated the tires for me; which I greatly appreciated since I didn't even ask for that to be done but it definitely needed to be. When I picked my car up I talked to Bob for a short time and the impression I got from him is that he's an honest man trying to make an honest living. I also feel the process was fair, if not overly fair and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Bob's garage is without question the BEST GARAGE I have ever been to. I wish that we lived closer than 3 hours away so he can handle all of our business!!!! Bob is honest, knowledgeable, and does great work at a great price. My son's engine exploded and his car was towed to Bob's garage. I can't say enough how great they were to work with and turned a very stressful situation into an absolute blessing. Even months after getting the car back, Bob looked at an estimate and told me how grossly inflated the part costs alone were. He's the fire chief of his community and is such a pleasure to work with.

Bob's garage is a welcome respite and the only retailer I will purchase tires from. Regardless of what your driving or how much money you are spending Bob and his team go out of the way to make sure you're taken care of. I can say without hesitation I would recommend this shop for any service they offer. As a global consumer i can verify prices are equal or better than any comparable option even larger discount stores. Also Any discount for cash payment is a reflection of card processing fees and is advised before you are handed an invoice. Its simple and fair to those without mental impairment.
