This store has some of the best customer service representatives in the business. These ladies are very knowledgeable and helpful with any parts that I have ordered. The parts pullers are very fast in bringing your parts up front to you. I highly recommend this store for all body parts and accessories! They also have competitive prices.

The worst auto shop in the dmv area wasted 2 weeks of my time and gas dealing with these people. Ordered a part kept coming broken 2 times then I advised them to check it before it leaves the warehouse.after the part came i drove 45min there to get the part I asked the worker to check if its the right part on my car he said yes .so I took the part to the body shop it was wrong. I wasted my time and the body shop time and money. So I called them to let them know the part was wrong so they ordered another one . I drove another 45min there something told me to check the part before I left .surprise surprise wrong shit again. How can you order two of the same wrong part twice. They dont care either just there to collect money and give wrong parts to people.

Unbelievably unhelpful. Came in looking for a tough to find exterior door panel, and woman behind counter could barely be bothered by me and then couldn't find the part, saying they don't carry it. When asked for a little guidance on where I might find it, she said she would have no idea. So unhelpful...so impolite. Choose another store before going here.
