George and his team are unbelievable! My truck was involved in a minor collision with damage to my bumper, headlight, and fender. I spoke with Tabitha, who is phenomenal and kindhearted, and was able to bring my truck in the next day. They worked with my insurance, and had my truck fixed and ready to go in under 2 weeks! The turn around and support from this shop is unmatched and the quality is impeccable!

Made an appointment for an inspection for my Tesla. The woman at the front desk is awesome. Great attitude, friendly and polite. The guy doing the inspection on the other hand was just the opposite. I asked if he ever drove a Tesla. He said he drives all kinds of cars. Never a Tesla though. He opened the passenger door to ride with me out back but then said just drive it out back yourself and slamed the door. I got to the back building. He wouldn't let me drive it in which is fine due to insurance reasons. I allowed him to drive it in after setting it in chill mode. He was going to jack it up on the lift. I asked if he has the proper equipment. Looked at me kind of dumbfounded. Didn't even know what he doesn't know. Tossed the registration at me and said go elsewhere. Tesla owners beware! That guy could ruin your batteries in your car without even knowing it. All he has to do is watch a 2-minute video on how to Jack the car properly and get the proper equipment. Small pucks are needed that lock into the frame and then you jack off those so you don't screw up the battery pack. Ignorant people are sometimes proud of their ignorance
