Lon and Janelle provided excellent repairs on my Mustang. I was hit in the parking lot leaving work and immediately thought of Lon’s Auto Body. They handled everything with the insurance company. I am very particular about this car as it belonged to my grandfather. The paint match is incredible! It honestly looks better than it did before. If I could take my vehicles to Lon's for any issues whatsoever, I would do so enthusiastically. We needed to have some work done on our JK Wrangler including having the frame sandblasted and painted. Lon provided options as well as recommendations, which were always fair and not necessarily the most expensive choice. The sandblasting and painting worked out very well. We had additional concerns about the vehicle that were enthusiastically addressed and resolved multiple issues we had with the vehicle at the time. The customer service was fantastic, communication was prompt and thorough (including pictures of how the work was going), and we are overall completely satisfied with the job that was done and price.
