I was extremely happy with my experience. I called on a Saturday at noon and was lucky to get an appointment for my mom’s car to have a flat fixed. She lives in the retirement community across the street, so it was very convenient. They got everything taken care of in under an hour, on budget. Certainly not good quality for the price I paid. I thought they were skilled enough to do brakes on an X5 but I was wrong. Took 3 days to fix it because had not tools nor expertise. Once I picked the car I had to return after one day because they didn’t replaced the bolts and the pads got loose right away. Very bad lesson for me, and they are not cheap! hope someone else won’t do same mistake.

Poorly run shop with incompetent staff. I took my truck in for a simple oil change, and they cracked my oil plug. Said they would need to keep my truck for a few days, then tried to get out of reimbursing me for a rental car. To make it up, they offered to comp my next oil change. So I take my wife’s car in a few weeks later and they give me a “free” oil change but try charging $287 for new wiper blades. Shady business.
