On 02/21/2026 at around 8:30 PM, I experienced a complete electrical failure while driving southbound on I-81 through Pennsylvania. My truck lost all power, and I was stranded at one of the worst possible times — on a Saturday night with a major storm approaching the next morning. After calling around, no other roadside service was willing to come out. Thankfully, this mechanic answered the call and showed up without hesitation. He understood the urgency of the situation and came prepared to help. Within the first five minutes of arriving, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get me back on track. Because of his fast response and expertise, I was able to avoid being stuck in the blizzard that was moving in. This was truly five-star service. Professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile when others wouldn’t. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of reliable roadside assistance. Five stars all the way.
