I called this place to get my car registered from one state to the other. I called with the intention of getting the price on the service and the list of documents needed to complete the registration (so that I could come prepared). I was nothing but polite. Well, the woman that answered the phone was short and rude, apparently annoyed that I would ask questions about the price. She said she was with a customer and I explained all I needed were a list of documents and that was it. She huffed and told me, but I couldn’t hear her. I asked her to repeat herself and huffed again. I told her she was being rude and she proceeded to hang up on me. I’ll never give this place my business and I’ll make sure to tell all my friends about it. Don’t support this business.

My son & I needed to do a title change on a Saturday but the insurance info was dated active the next day and Terri’s would have been closed. I would have had to wait until Monday and there was snow forecast and we both had work on Monday. The entire process was explained very clearly & patiently. We finally got back in touch with an insurer and had the info updated after paying additional fees (Liberty Mutual and that’s a story for another review). The store conveniently had an ATM to handle our transaction. We were discussing how we should purchase a lottery ticket from the machine in the office. The merchant completed our transaction and handed us two lottery tickets each!! Apparently she had overheard our conversation! This act of kindness made the stress of a very frustrating day melt away! Kudos to Terri’s

I always use them for auto tags services and notary service. Never had a problem in 10 years i’ve been a customer !It’s a vet owned business….. they’ve always done right by me as a customer and veteran!
