THEIVES!! I broke down called the girl on dispatch and she told me she had no drivers. 10 minutes later the police call in and all of a sudden she has someone to come tow my car. When the cops call the truck it's $209 starting out. On a personal call THEY SAY it's $85 (probably have a few tricks of their sleeves for that one too). So the chick stole $134 from me in 5 minutes. If you are stranded on the side of the road and reading this then call someone else. The police officer on site could even see the corruption of the company. Horrible. I ended up getting charged $279 for a 12 mile tow. RIDICULOUS.

Called at 4:45pm for a tow from my house to a dealership . Told it would be a hour and a half or two hours. I write this 5 hours later at 9:45pm. No show, no call. Disappointed.

Dispatcher consistently lied about arrival time, and it turned out they had no truck on the way. Look elsewhere.
