AAA sent Clarence from VanGorden's to check my car battery. It was completely dead and he replaced it quickly, which is something I didn't even know towing services offered! He also reassured me that the service and warning messages my car was giving me were due to the battery being dead and that once a new battery was installed, they should go away. He was very kind the whole time and I greatly appreciate his help. I thought this situation was going to be a lot messier and more expensive than it actually turned out to be. I am very happy with my experience!

We were in an unfortunate situation with a broken down car on the side of the road. We contacted VanGordens Towing services and spoke to an extremely nice man. He asked for our location and said he would be there shortly (we were expecting to be waiting at least an hour). He arrived about 10 minutes later (amazing), which was greatly appreciated as we were getting cold (November). He was very careful with loading my car and was very nice. He delivered my car to my shop and unloaded it with great care. We were charged exactly what he quoted with no surprises (fair pricing). When your car breaks down on the side of the road, it’s obviously a stressful time. Having a tow company show up quickly and be so kind is priceless! THANK YOU! I hope I won’t need a tow service in the future, but if I do, I will be sure to call VanGorden’s Towing!

VanGorden Towing went absolutely above and beyond for us during a very stressful situation. On a 15° day with an incoming snowstorm, we contacted AAA and VanGorden was dispatched to tow our vehicle to its final destination. Despite the weather and timing, they worked us into their schedule to make sure the car was moved before the storm hit, which we are incredibly grateful for. What really stood out was their kindness and thoughtfulness especially since we had our young son with us. They worked with us so we didn’t have to stand outside in the cold waiting, which meant a lot. Emily was phenomenal. She even provided her personal contact information so we could stay in touch and feel confident everything was handled smoothly. That level of care and communication is rare and truly appreciated. We can’t thank VanGorden Towing enough and would highly recommend them to anyone!
