Alien City was one of the few Towing companies in Roswell that were willing to work with us because my vehicle is a Range Rover and was in safety sleep mode. My vehicle was towed within 2 days & first thing in the morning. He was very nice, understanding, knowledgeable, (everyone from the first call I made to them were, but the other companies were not nice at all nor helpful and quotes were outrageous) and had it at Land Rover dealership in Albuquerque that afternoon. The price was very reasonable as well. Strongly recommend.

The owner had just got to town and wanted to be done with his day but I called with my kids in car broke down. He immediately said he would be right there and was there in 15min. He was so kind, helpful and very patient. He didn't even ask me for my payment until we got to the dealership and I was squared away. He checked on me and that I was ok. I hope i never need another tow buy if i do im calling him.
