Drop and hook drivers. Beware!!! They got yard jockeys dropping trailers 1-2 feet high above your fifth wheel. Trailer will be loaded 45k lbs and they are purposely getting out after they pickup a loaded trailer from the doors and raising the landing gear and dropping them in the spots sky high! I spoke with the manage of the yard jockeys months ago and its still happening. So everytime i bring them any trailer im lowering that trailer so they have to get out and crank that sucker up. Heard of drivers backing into trailers because of this also. So you guys BE CAREFUL!

Don’t be in any rush here. They don’t honor appt. times either… been sitting at dock for over 2 hrs… 6:30p appt. still no red light. (Haven’t even started loading me yet.Yard dogs don’t have any info. No phone number to call.

I read the other reviews and was a little worried but luckily the bad ones were not my experience. Fortunately I was a drop and hook . Signage is very clear coming in with instructions on where to go. You must slide tandems before you go into the office . There is a tablet at the window for check in so have all necessary info ready before going in. You'll need everything normally asked for at the shipper . They inspect the trailer and it sends a text to your phone with drop and pickup locations. Parking lot markings for space numbers are clearly marked and plenty of room to maneuver. Clerks were nice.
