I’ve been to Hales Harley Davidson many times for many things, over many years. Purchasing a motorcycle, trading in a motorcycle, purchasing Harley parts, purchasing motor clothes. Today’s trip was to meet up with ERIANNE in motor clothes. She fixed me up with a great flannel shirt I was looking for. Excellent dealership, excellent staff. They always have several outdoor events over the riding season. It’s a nice destination, great place to spend your money.

Hale’s was top notch! Bryan from sales made the purchase of the bike super fast and smooth! Lee, part owner, made everything right and even had my motorcycle delivered nearly two hours away. This place exemplifies what a small business should be.

Nice Harley dealership. Easy location off Rte 30. Plenty of parking. Everything is arranged nicely. Been here with some buddies to buy bikes, never purchased one here myself. Only problem I had with the place was there was probably 15 customers in the store and 1 other person besides myself had a mask on, when Ohio made it mandatory to wear one. Grossly overlooked by the staff.
