You could call me a seasoned buyer as I have been through this process 7 times now and I wish these guys were there each time! I can’t rave about how seamless this was for us. I was recently T-boned by a vehicle that ran a red light, totaled our last family vehicle. We were in desperate need of a new one… Noah Weiser (Sales Consultant) , Jason Fraley (Sales Manager) , and Jason Gresco (Finance Manager) made this vehicle the easiest purchase I have ever had! This is the team you want and need! I had a specific list of needs and wants for this vehicle. Noah is super responsive and was able to find us a few options to pick from. Not too many to confuse us, just exactly what we were looking for. Choosing a car is hard enough. Having the right Rep that does not try to oversell and overwhelm you is so crucial. We asked for a vehicle within a specific budget and necessities, Noah easily accommodated like he does this in his sleep or something. He was extremely patient with us and gave us all the time and space we needed. He found exactly what we needed before I could even think, all without saying a word and just a click of a button! He is a gentle giant and the easiest person I’ve ever worked with, went absolutely above and beyond to guide us. Jason F. did some crazy magic when the vehicle we wanted wasn’t on the lot, he made it appear expeditiously! He also accommodated every little detail for us, his facilitating skills are absolutely unmatched! Anything lost in translation, Jason was able to sort out. Any issues on my end, he always had a solution for. This man Manages like The Man. Jason G. gave the most thorough and detailed signing process/presentation I have received. I had questions, I asked for repeats, I asked for details; he answered everything without batting an eye. Granted he’s very OCD but I am too, and organization is key to me. He insured I understood everything and was content before proceeding to next steps. Sounds so cheesy but these guys truly make you feel like family here. I had my budget, I had my needs, and my wants. Even when all of that changed, they did not hesitate to shift with me. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, no sleazy sales pitches, and never left in the dark. Always had constant contact when I needed it, you can’t beat them in customer service! This is the Dealership you want to go to, and again this is the Team you want!

Absolutely no complaints. Noah was the salesman that assisted me mostly but also had conversations with Stephanie, one of the sales managers. Both of them were incredibly kind but straight forward and honest. I never got that “pushy” salesman vibe from either of them and they actually helped me avoid a bad vehicle choice based on my situation. Tons of respect for them, along with the whole Toyota/Chevy team. Highly recommend either dealership.
