Recently left on the side of a very busy Pennsylvania Turnpike due to a completely failed tire, Burnworth's Garage was called out by our roadside assistance program to tow us to a repair facility. I can assure you if you want the job done right and you need a towing service or vehicle repair, this is the company you want on the job. Their equipment is new, clean, and really makes you feel comfortable handling your investment properly. Tim the owner was working this holiday weekend (The Saturday after Christmas 2025) and really knows what true customer service is. Not only did he take us to the repair facility, he offered to take us to a different place if we decided we needed to go else where. This is way above and beyond. Then he went a step further, he and his wife provided a ride from the repair facility to our hotel for my wife, granddaughter, myself and all of our luggage. To all who read this review, please take your business to these folks. In this day an age of virtual buying, online apps, and big companies who don't have a clue about what customer service is, it is really refreshing to have people who truly care about you and want to help in emergency or non emergency situations. Tim and his wife Windy are two people who have built their business on "real customer service" and they will not only earn your business, they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with their service. I also would give more *stars* if I could. Used them for towing a service vehicle in the past and used them, again, today for a pick-up truck. They're fast, efficient, professional, very friendly, and go above and beyond to provide great service when you need them most.
