Only auto parts place I use. Tried rockauto twice and a few other places like AutoZone and I always seem to run into issues. The worst with advance is that I may have to go to another store bc stock is out or I can wait to have it brought to the store I'm at. I use the app, get the points with lots of good discounts. I just bout an almost $90 part and paid under $60 with promos and discounts. It's a beautiful thing. Oh and let's not forget to mention the wonderful employees who remember me and treat me like we're old friends.

I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts. It was my first time at this place and Nicolai was great. He was not only friendly but highly knowledgeable and had admirable customer skills.

This is the most horrible experience I've had at Advance Auto. I ordered Rooters 4 days before pick up. I drove from the wyncote are to the blvd. The customer service was horrible. They don't do this, they don't do that and then gave me a paper bag for the rooters. I went back for the back tail light bulb hoping to get better customer service. Not a chance! Do better Advance Auto, do better.
