I’ve been dropping off my packages at this UPS Store for the past three years, and my experience has always been excellent. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with a warm and genuine welcome from Abby, the store manager. She is always attentive, professional, and ready to address any concerns with patience and care. All of my packages are carefully scanned, and I always receive a receipt, which gives me complete peace of mind. I often drop off USPS packages after 6 PM, and I do so with full confidence, knowing they will be properly scanned by the postal agent the next business day. Abby leads a truly professional and reliable team. As a business owner, that level of organization and accountability is incredibly reassuring. I’m not very comfortable using printers and scanners, but the staff is always available and happy to help, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you to Abby and her team for doing such a great job with kindness, professionalism, and humanity. This store is a real asset to the community!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service From the UPS Team I want to highlight the outstanding experience I had at this UPS location today. Katty helped me send out important documents, including a large check, and she was exceptional from start to finish. She was extremely helpful, very informative, and incredibly thorough — making sure everything was handled correctly and with care. Even with a crowd of people inside, she kept the entire process smooth and completely stress-free. I also want to recognize Abbey and Claudia, who were keeping the whole operation moving efficiently. They supported every customer with genuine professionalism and stayed upbeat and welcoming, even with the place packed and nonstop foot traffic. Their calm, attentive presence really stood out. Overall, a fantastic team and an excellent experience. Thank you, UPS!
