I'm sorry to levy this lower rating. Overall, Napa usually has what everyone needs. However, I also have other past experience that Napa is expensive. True to that standard, the calipers were spendy for the fixed-income pocket book. Also, very very limited. One in the rack and...no other brands, options or lesser expensive.

Online orders for in-store pickup have all gone completely smooth. Went in to the store to order 5 brake hoses, paid for it. I asked if I can link my online NAPA membership & they said no. No calls, no emails nothing to tell me where my equipment is, having already paid for it. Call them they only have 2/5th of the order in & no idea about the rest. No way to track down the order other than the receipt. Will order online only.
