I purchased a vehicle from Alfred when he managed the Mitsubishi location. I had a great experience so when I totaled my car I reached out and he let me know he’s now the General sales manager at the Jeep location. We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Jason ( our salesman) was kind, patient, relatable, helpful, efficient, hospitable and friendly. Our son is young and he brought him drinks and snacks during our time there. The finance manager was incredible, she got us a payment in our budget at a rate that was better than we hoped with a company we like, trust and have worked well with before. We had a unique circumstance that made it necessary to purchase a new truck and they were compassionate and willing to work with us in all aspects. I purchased my truck in April of 2024 and it was a great experience. Everyone that I worked with was caring, helpful and made the buying process very easy. Since that time, every time I have been back for service, quick calls, or even a couple of random stop ins to bring my dog in; the team here is amazing. They almost all recognize me by name, or at least my dog ?, and have a genuine interest in asking how we are doing.
