I wouldn t do bussines with them if I can help it,not the shop,not the truck sales. Shop is too slow and don t live upto their promises,a week to install an oil cooler when they promised 2 days? cmon !! they are bad at diognitcs too. Truck salesman is dishonest. I know we all want to make money,but one shouldn t be dishonest to make a profit. No,I wouldn t deal with them again. Ms Matheny,I bought a truck from Clay,I needed a truck bc mine gave up the ghost,the shop charged me $2,000? to diagnostic what my mechanic did in 5 minutes,I don t understand why they had to do a tear down to say that motor was kaput...anyhoo,I figured let s buy a truck from these folks,transferrable warranty (was included in the price ),I kept seeing yellow flags,but again, I NEEDED A TRUCK,some how I was ked to believe the price was 10k less than what it said in the contract,truck had a non working APU,Clay said it just needed to run for a while and clear the bugs,I believed him,I believed all of them,chief mechanic too. It wasn t until I left,oh yeah,I had to use my old truck's tires bc the new truck didn t even had decent tires,yeah a 114k used truck,but not even decent tires (wouldn t have passed DOT),I should ve run away from your dealership,but I was in a bad spot. Oh,I tried using the transferrable warranty bc the starter went 2 weeks later,ohmygosh! took 4 days for them to approve it. The APU NEVER worked more than 3 minutes at a time,then it would shut off until the next day,they needed $2k to fix it,I just didn t fix it,this was 4 weeks after I bought the truck. I ve bought other trucks before,dealerships NORMALLY sell a truck with either brand new tires or 75% life left in them,the decent dealerships do run tests on the truck (some dealers,not all),some want repeat customers. My experience with Matheny was very bad,one that I respectfully to you I say,I don t want to ever repeat it,and I tell my friends about it too. As I am nearing the end of my contract with the bank,I can t wait for this to be over. Anyhoo,this is nothing personal,this was just my couple of experiences with shop and the truck sales dealer. I can only hope whoever is buying an used truck from you takes the time to hire an independent mechanic to go thru such truck and go under the hood and chassis,some one once said "Don t believe anything a car salesman says,assume the opposite" in Matheny's case it is true. Again,it was my loss,your gain,I guess it s bussines,but it should be honest bussines. Thank you

WARNING!!! If you are stuck on the road and think this shop will help you would be wrong. This shop is not “dealer quality” they are lazy and incompetent. As it turns out they advertise as a dealer but are not. Dealers have national warranty and this place has ZERO warranty. They broke things to increase the final bill with no remorse and charged for all of it with inflated rates. They don’t have the equipment needed for the repair they commit to, but no worries folks, you can buy them for the shop, now they will have it and add a week and a half to your stay while you wait for them to get it. I hope they enjoy the transmission jack and other miscellaneous tools they added to my final invoice. At the end they tried to charge for storage in their lot due to their delays. We should have known better when what should have been a simple fix at about 3 hours and were told would take 6 days to even look at it. 6 weeks later in a no tell motel scraping by and they have broken more major pieces tripling the initial estimate. It took them 6 weeks of not fixing anything, and destroying major components to decide the only guy that can work on it calls in weekly on a Friday for a three and four day weekend with no remorse. They do not care that they have no work ethic, no sense of responsibility or that the customer is stranded. They have zero communication skills. If you don’t call them they will not work on your rig or provide an update. Even then they will lie. This is our living, not a freaking hobby they are messing with. When you do call them they are always in a meeting which seems to be daily happy hour starts during operating hours. Two days of actual work after they broke a main component with 4 hours of labor and 6 weeks later they held the rig hostage for a PO number on a paid invoice. They don’t do first come first serve and have soured my family on the entire state of West Virginia. Scott, Jason, Anthony and their crew need to do better.

I called for a quote to hook a computer to a motor simply for codes and was told its 180 an hour and would take two hours. That right there is a red flag. 400$ almost to read codes. Anyone who knows anything about automotive knows it takes all of seconds. That's when u know that this company is trying to bend u over and give it to you.
