I strongly recommend exercising caution before doing business here. I had a very disappointing experience after purchasing a vehicle (“White Light”) under the Auction Guarantee. Unfortunately, the engine failed less than 30 miles after purchase. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, I received no return calls. When I finally got through, I was told that I had called too late—despite the fact that my initial call was made at exactly 5:00 PM while stranded on the side of the highway, two hours from home. The lack of support and communication was extremely frustrating. I sincerely hope future customers, especially other small business owners, are treated with more consideration and professionalism.

Always a good experience. Everyone gets to know your name and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is good and is free ( tips welcome ) definitely a plus. Never know what kind of cars and trucks they'll have so it's like Christmas every time ?
