I just had to share my experience with Orange Ranger Towing Inc.! My daughter, who's attending West Virginia State University, had her car break down on US-60 while heading toward the Institute area from Charleston one Wednesday evening. Since she had never dealt with a tow before, she called me from Morgantown for help.I reached out to Orange Ranger Towing while she waited on the shoulder of the busy highway. The driver arrived in just 23 minutes! He texted me to let me know he was with her and took the time to calmly explain everything since it was her first breakdown. He even called me after delivering her car to our mechanic in the 25311 area, which I really appreciated. None of that was something I asked for; he just did it!My daughter said the driver was super patient, which made the whole situation feel much more manageable for her. It’s great to find emergency towing in Charleston, WV, that really looks out for a WV State student alone on the highway at night. I've already shared their number with four other parents from WV State!

Do not call this company! They overcharge you and get your information wrong...probably because they have difficulty with the English language. It took 1 1/2 hours for the truck to arrive in Charleston. I asked for a discount because I was told it would take 30 minutes to an hour, but they wouldn't do that. Bad business =bad review.
