I went to pick up my car last night and the man who was collecting my money was starting up a fight as if seeing me yelling and cursing at him calms him down and makes him feel like he's doing his job. So to summarize my experience, my car got towed, I went there to pick it up, and the man started up a fight on purpose to see me getting angry and collected my money. Why piss people off on purpose when you know you're already at a junk yard?

Car was towed from in front of my condo. Have lived there for over 7 years. The sticker has been in the same spot for all 7 years, now all of a sudden it disappears on a random Wednesday morning. When I picked up the car the adhesive where it once was, was still sticky. I called the tow company and spoke to a man who claimed to be Steven Lewis, but I later found out was Dan Sneed. When I asked how a sticker just disappears Mr. Sneed said " You don't want to call me a liar" in a threatening way. My son happened to be on the phone and told him to watch how he speaks to me. Mr. Sneed doubled down on his disrespect and proceeded to call me a broke female dog and my deans list, double major hero of a son, a punk and a yn. Mr. Sneed was profane and made threats against me and my sons person, yet when I showed up at his place of business he was hiding. Diversified towing is predatory and charged me 170.00 dollars after they wrongly towed my car. But even worse this place has horrible customer service and employs an aggressive bully. I have called repeatedly and have yet to get the owner on the phone, but the fact that Mr. Sneed is the voice of this business speaks volumes. Diversified Recovery does bad business.
