I went to Keystone to sell old coins and also some gold jewelry that I had. They were very helpful and explained everything regarding the value of my items. They answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed, I would definitely go back to Keystone to sell more items. I received a very fair price for my items and am happy I chose Keystone.

I recently visited this shop with my mom, hoping to get some advice on preserving or grading a low-value coin that's special to us. Instead of helpful guidance, we were met with an unwelcoming attitude that felt incredibly discouraging once the value was discovered to be low. It's disheartening when a hobby that should be inclusive and friendly becomes so exclusionary. The lack of interest in helping us, especially as beginners, left us feeling disheartened and disappointed. From my personal 2 minute experience, if you don't have high-value items, it might be best to seek out a different store. Many other shops in the area I've been to are eager to chat with their customers about anything and everything, making the experience much more enjoyable. I came here specifically due to the NGC locator.
