Riggs Auto Mechanic LLC. He was recommended to me by someone on a Facebook. He had my truck for almost a month and a half to not only receive my truck back not repaired and the problem worst then what it was when I took it to him but also not able to accelerate, with broken parts that were not originally broken. Furthermore, not only does he lack the facility and experience to repair such a huge undertaking as replacing lifters and cams. He does not even have the right tools either. Something simple as a scan tool, which I myself even own 3 of, am not even a mechanic by trade. My repair was met with personal delays. I fully understand one trying to grow a business and working a full-time job, but being told that another job is being done instead of yours and that they are going to a party tells me you don’t have your priorities straight. Being a business owner myself, I understand what it takes to get a business off the ground and the level of commitment required. I also understand mistakes can happen, but to refuse to refund money on an incomplete job and causing damage to someone’s vehicle is unacceptable. Furthermore, having to communicating completely through Facebook Messenger is completely unprofessional. After sharing communication and problems with other mechanics and now it is out with another shop identified further problems caused all agree he should not be around vehicle. You have been warned.
