On a Saturday, we were informed that they were going to hold the vehicle, after all, requirements were met, paperwork was sent. All we had to do was go in and sign on Monday & pick it up on monday, as the sales rep that we were dealing with informed us. We were about to go pick it up on Saturday, but because they needed to do the admissions, take photos, and detail it. We had to wait until Monday, no matter what! Monday comes along and they started playing games. Games like, trying to sell us other vehicles, & attempting to make a false claim on which car. We informed them, no, we told them no on all of those vehicles before choosing the one we were promised and was informed that we could not pick up until Monday. So, where is the vehicle that was put on hold and were informed to pick up on Monday, due to the three things that were needed to be done that was clearly not negotiable. That made complete sense & was totally understandable! ??♂️ So where is it? It was sold! So yeah, based on that experience, I would never advise anyone to ever go to this dealership! They can't be trusted! The only compensation they offered was a vehicle that was purchased and returned at a discounted rate. One that we informed them we definitely did not want, even before it was sold and returned! So why would we want it now?It doesn't meet our needs and we rejected it before. I don't think they took it seriously! They lost the sale due to their actions! I pray anyone who would consider them to think twice. They did us dirty. They can do the same thing to you. Good luck out there! ??♂️ That is just bad business!
