Steer clear or know a thing or two about cars, these ones aren’t mechanically sound… Now normally I NEVER leave reviews, but would feel terrible if someone fell for these people. I visited this shop over the weekend and wasn’t too impressed at all. Upon first arriving after a two hour drive to see the car I was interested in the place was DEAD, with only an handful of used vehicles on the lot; and I actually thought it was abandoned. The guys running the place seemed polite when I introduced myself, they had the all too common honest salesman talk; and used words to fluff up the car and its appearance and how it ran. They politely pulled up the car, a Volvo XC70 with under 100,000 miles on it. Meanwhile I peered in the coffee shop. It looked like it hadn’t seen business in ages. However the interior of the building was very clean and well kept unlike the exterior. Well the car is pulled up, and I stroll out, and they politely give me the time I need to check it over. Now this vehicle had a SOLID carfax history, which in of itself isn’t something I always trust. But none the less gave me some hope. I was sadly mistaken, because I quickly found a laundry list of issues with this vehicle for having only 95,000 on the clock. For starters the driver door interior, a leather wrap, was coming apart along the door arm rest. The rear hatch when I opened it wouldn’t stay up, and would shut no matter how high you put it up and wouldn’t support itself. Upon popping the hood, there was oil coating the metal cowling over the grill under the hood, on the plastic trim of the air box, etc… the power steering fluid bottle was soaking wet with fluid. I shined my light down into the transmission, and it was absolutely covered in transmission fluid. Looking under the vehicle where the transmission is located, there was a thick film on the skid plate of fresh bright red transmission fluid, it was loosing a lot of fluid. And under the motor on the passenger side, the motor mount bushing was cracked. Needless to say I said no thank you, and made the two hour drive back home dissatisfied with my experience. Watch your back at this shop.

It was pleasure making our car purchase at Just Joe’s. All the staff is courteous and extremely professional. Our salesperson Jenn was extremely friendly and started off our search with a couple cups of amazing coffee. My wife got some crazy latte cappuccino or something, I’m not sure, I am a plain coffee drinker. Jenn took her time showing us the cars answering all our questions. We diligently searched online for the right car and went to a couple other dealers but didn’t find what we wanted. Somehow we always wound up back at Just Joe’s where Jenn provided us with the right car. She showed us a couple Camrys that we were interested in and worked with us for the price and financing. We were looking for a car for our son who is a student and we are all extremely happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend Just Joe’s if you’re looking for a pressure-free, pleasant car buying experience. Plus they have great coffee ?
