Fast. Efficient. Fair prices (best I could find) and friendly. I purchased a second set of wheels with snow / winter tires for my car and am happy to say this place rocks. Nate got me a competitive price and the whole installation was done in less than 30 min, that’s including with TPMS sensors being set up properly. The place has a nice little waiting area with free WiFi. And they said in the spring they’ll change out my winter tires for my standard ones for free. I’ll also add that the shop is located in a pleasant little neighborhood, not some noisy high traffic industrial / commercial zone like most auto shops. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at Laurel Gardens today. I was in desperate need of a new tire, and my boyfriend’s cousin Jeremy works there and spoke very highly of the owners and staff -he was absolutely right. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Tina was especially kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I was in and out within 30 minutes, the price was very reasonable for such great quality, and the waiting room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent service all around. This is a place the locals know about. You hear about Laurel Gardens from a neighbor or a friend who have an extended family (who all use Laural Gardens). You learn that when you by a set of tires, you are getting the tires on your car mounted and ready to drive the next 25K miles, with NO ADD-INS. No charges for balancing, valve stems, or other 'per tire' charges. Cost per tire is cost per tire lump sum. It's going to very likely the lowest cost per tire because there's not a whole lot of corporate overhead, who you get to hear conducting corporate business as you sit in their office annex. It's a fast-paced place. The cost per tire includes free tire rotation every 5K miles. It also includes great advice in tire selection before arrival. After two morning's of flats, yesterday I got a free valve stem replacement and a customer thank you verbally and the traditional free customer appeciation calendar. Laurel Gardens has been my tire service for over 30 years since moving back to Pittsburgh and they are integrated into the North Hills community.
