Absolutely the worse towing company. Sat here for almost 3 hours before I had my insurance company call another company. Thankfully High Mesa towing showed up, it only took them 15 minutes. Plus the guy at High Mesa was polite, unlike the people at Top Gun towing. Just to give you an idea on how incompetent Top Gun towing is, the emergency number they give you when you get their voicemail is the same number you call them with. I let Allstate know the situation here and recommend them cut ties with Top Gun towing. The insurance agent agreed and said he will escalate to his superiors. I guess that's what happens when you don't do what you're paid to do and are rude to the costumers.

I got myself stuck in the desert. They came and got me out. From first call to rescue was about an hour and a half and a little over $200. All in all it was a good experience with a very friendly and helpful driver. I should have taken a more active role in the recovery as I think we could have gotten a better angle on the truck and avoided some tire issues I had from the pull. Everything is resolved now. I guess the fact that I know so much about desert recovery doesn't really speak well of my driving abilities. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend.
