Arrived for the third day of the Holiday Barn Sale (November 16) around 10:30am. This was my first visit. As I walked in, I noticed most walking out were leaving empty handed. I didn’t think much about it, but after walking through all areas and levels in the barn, I understood why. There really wasn’t a great selection of quality items; perhaps it was picked through due to it being the third day of the holiday barn sale. Regardless, I drove 35 minutes and expected to leave with at least something. Of the items there, some were damaged but marked down only a few dollars when the damage was noticeable and should have resulted in a 50% discount or more. Many wreathes hanging looked flattened as if they weren’t stored properly. The Instagram pictures are gorgeous—the reality, not so much. Very pricey. I may give it one more shot and try to visit the barn sale on day one next time, but if my experience is similar to today’s, that will be the last. I’d encourage the owner to watch people leaving for a few hours…there shouldn’t be that many people leaving empty handed. Disappointed but hopeful if I do return.

My friend went to the barn sale on my recommendation, I have been going for a few years. She bought 2 whicker rolling bins that were full of greens. I went to pick them up the next day after they removed the greens and the bottom in the carts were rotted out. I sent a Picture to ask if she saw it and she had not. The bins where 395$. She also bought other things and spent money. They offered her 10% off on her bins. I'm am upset I recommend this place to her. They should have been upfront and honest when they saw the damage. They have responded and made things right. She was happy with the resolution, it just a lot of time.
