I am a new customer and had my Mazda CX-5 in to do an oil change and tire rotation. Also, I did notice that my breaks were grinding, and I let them know that they needed to be replaced. Before they ever gave me a price on replacing my brakes, they did a quick test drive to gauge whether or not the brakes needed replaced, and they did. They let me know that the front rotors and pads were really bad. They gave me a price on the brakes, and I told them to do replace the brakes as well. So, they did those items without any issues. The service that they provided was excellent with all aspects of the oil change, tire rotation, and the brake replacement. I could not have been happier with the great communication, prompt service, and the dedication of the team to get the job done right the first time. I will be back with future maintenance for my car!
