Overall, the pricing is fine, and they actually did what they was called for. They could put the tandem pins right. Unfortunately, they could not continue the service when another problem rose up with the trailer.

I dont leave reviews but the (owner) blessed me with my situation thank you guys ...my tractor had broken down it got towed and the tow driver was a good guy ...great company if you need a big truck tow in the area defentinly use them

One of our drivers run over a curb really fast and bend trailer wheel. I called over at Oaks for road service and spoke to a lady, she asked me what kind of wheel it is which I wasn't sure. Meanwhile my driver send me pictures of what happened and I said oh, F%&$ we need more stuff, he broke the wheel hub. We hang up, I found what wheel it is and I called again, we asked for a wheel, hub, oil and a tire if we need one. She asked for tire size.... technician shows up and start installing tire without saying a word. After and argue over the phone about the tire they told me they have recording on our phone call, ok lets hear it. Try to turn that on us without playing recordings! We asked for them to take the tire and install ours if its OK. Lady told us if we don't pay they will call a tow truck! EXTORTION! SCAMMERS! Don't use them! We are so close to cancel payment on those people! UPDATE : not even 24 hours after repairs hub cap leaked all the oil! AVOID of all cost!
