I've been at this location to donate twice, and each time I've had to wait - - this of course after coming and checking-in early. The wait time at this place has caused me to leave and re-schedule twice as well. Volunteers shouldn't be forced to just wait since they're already there, and the longer you wait, the harder it is to cut your losses and hit the bricks. If this is the closest Red Cross to you, and you don't mind waiting, you should otherwise be alright. I didn't interact with the staff to give an opinion on them either way, aside from my time and money being wasted. The snacks and juice pouches are well-stocked, and the restroom as clean.

Keep calling and emailing to donate 0- blood and when you show up for it “oh we are done for today ‘it’s 1.09pm on Tuesday ’ and saying you need to make reservations hello it’s not a fine dining restaurant on busy night. There was only one donor in 40 seat place and 6 ppl that I can see chitchatting They just fulfill their hours to get paid not save life. I don’t care let people die style
